Masque is a tasting-menu restaurant in a converted Mahalaxmi textile mill that builds its multi-course Indian menu around hyperlocal, foraged ingredients. Set inside the old Krishna Mills compound in Mumbai's former industrial mill district, Masque was founded by Aditi Dugar as India's first dedicated tasting-menu restaurant. The kitchen sources heavily from a network of regional foragers and small farms to build a 10-course chef's tasting menu that reframes Indian ingredients through a modern, ingredient-driven lens.
